Cleaning standards were concerning. spider webs in the room indicated a lack of thoroughness. The crowded and poorly maintained spa area posed safety concerns, particularly for families with young children.

We had a cracking stay! The breakfast was pure brilliant with a great spread and the staff were lovely, especially Valeria. But the room could’ve been cleaner—finding webs on the balcony wasn't ideal.
